‘Saved By The Bell’ Actor Dustin Diamond Dies Following Cancer Diagnosis

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA/AP) – Actor Dustin Diamond, best known for his role as lovable geek “Screech” on TV’s “Saved By The Bell”, has died, according to reports.
Diamond, 44, begun undergoing chemotherapy treatments last month after being diagnosed with cancer, a representative told the Associated Press.
His death was reported by Variety and other outlets.
