Public’s Help Sought In Search For Manhattan Beach Attempted Kidnapping Suspects

Investigators say a Manhattan Beach police officer around 8 a.m. was flagged down by a woman who stated two men had just attempted to kidnap her after she stepped off a bus at Sepulveda and 8th Street.
