Man Shot, Killed By Deputies In Palmdale

PALMDALE (CBSLA.com) – A man was shot and killed by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies in Palmdale early Thursday morning.
The shooting occurred at 3:47 a.m. in the 38500 block of 10th Street East, according to the sheriff’s department. The suspect was struck by gunfire and taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A dog was also shot during the incident, LASD said. The dog’s condition was not known.
