Cloud Of Ash, Dust Spotted In Skies Above San Fernando Valley

SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) – San Fernando Valley residents woke up Friday to a massive dust cloud above their homes.
The cloud – which was similar in appearance to wildfire ash and smoke – was reported by residents in Sylmar, Lake View Terrace, and North Hills.
