Brothers Charged With Hammer Murder Of 44-Year-Old La Puente Neighbor

LA PUENTE (CBSLA.com)  — Authorities have charged two La Puente brothers for the fatal bearing of a neighbor.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Flavio Macias Jr., 28, and and Jonathan Macias, 24, have each been charged with one count of murder.
The felony complaint includes a special allegation that the older brother used deadly and dangerous weapons (hammer and blocks) during the commission of the crime.
