Work week kicks off with cold, puts you at risk of frostbite

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) –  Work week kicks off with frigid temperatures and dangerous wind chill. If you’re outside for a long period of time, you are at serious risk for frostbite.
That includes those who simply don’t have a place to go on days like Monday. But there are people who want to help.
The Rare Place Organization works on finding housing and job opportunities for Buffalo’s homeless.They were out delivering “Random Acts of Kindness bags.”
