Wintry Mix turns to all Rain tonight, Continues through Friday

Precipitation arrived today as a messy mix of rain, some wet snow, and sleet. Parts of the Southern Tier snow has been sticking, but after a lull in activity early this evening, rain will return, and is expected to stay rain for all of WNY.
