A High Wind Watch is issued for McKean and Potter counties from 12 p.m. Sunday to 12 p.m. Monday.Sleet, freezing rain, and rain build in Saturday night, probably getting into the metro late at night and early Sunday. Colder air sweeping in on the back side of the storm will change precipitation back to snow for Sunday afternoon.❄️❄A
