Wintry chills linger, even some snowflakes

A weak cold front will edge southward toward the region today triggering scattered snow showers into the afternoon. There is a chance that some of the snow showers may down a brief heavier burst of snow, possibly even whitening the ground.  Above freezing temperatures would lead to rapid melting of any snowfall accumulation.  Outside of that, we’ll see some partial sun on a rather chilly first full day of Spring.  Today, our area will be missing out a more potent storm deve
