Wintercast suggests milder start to winter

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Come November there is a question that regularly comes into the weather center and that is “what is this winter going to be like?”
This season WNY has the benefit of a strong signal coming from El Nino, a pattern many may have heard of before. El Nino is likely to have a strong effect on the weather patterns that govern our winter here in WNY.
