Winter weather impacting businesses

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — When winter weather hits region, some businesses take one, too, like the restaurant business.
“People from the suburbs don’t [go out],” said Tony Martina, the chef at Blue Monk. “They’re not going to drive on the 90, and last year during the storm, me personally, it’s been an issue. Like ‘Oh will I be able to get home easily.'”
