Wind, rain pelts WNY

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) — The wind and rains came Wednesday as expected to southern Erie and Chautauqua counties, but when you’re this close to the water, even weather this strong isn’t out of the ordinary.
The winds were whipping through the region, especially aloft — enough for a break in the clouds to produce a double rainbow near the Thruway.
One person who wasn’t paying much attention to sights like that is Wayne Humphries Jr., who drives for Sweetland Transport.
