BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The reward of one lottery heating up now in New York State isn’t monetary, it’s historic.
Senior Senator Chuck Schumer announced 201 lucky New Yorkers will get to watch Pope Francis’ historic visit to Washington, D.C. Schumer said he received one guest ticket for the pontiff’s address to congress, and 200 tickets for the audience on the West Lawn of the Capitol.
