Welcome Plaza at Niagara Falls State Park opens

Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, New York State Parks Commissioner Erik Kulleseid, Assemblyman Angelo Morinello and Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino were present for the opening on Tuesday morning.
