Waterfront kayakers warned to have proper lighting at night

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The increasing popularity of Buffalo’s Lake Erie waterfront is prompting authorities to issue warnings to kayakers about having the proper operational lights on their watercraft at night.
