Water woes to be addressed after Niagara Falls passes project

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — At a special meeting of the Niagara Falls Common Council, members addressed, then passed a special project that should fix winter water woes in the Cataract City.
Niagara Falls residents in recent winters have had issues with frozen pipes, but the newly passed project could address and create a solution by burying pipes deeper into the earth. The project’s goal is to give the pipes more insulation and protection from freezing.
