Water main break closes off part of Seneca St.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Part of Seneca St. in downtown Buffalo is closed due to a water main break.
The Buffalo Water Authority says the break is affecting the street between Chicago and Louisiana.
The street will not be back open until late Friday afternoon.
Chef’s Restaurant, which is located there, will be closed as crews repair the water main.
