VIDEO: Lights dance on Buffalo’s grain elevators

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Lights danced on the side of the grain elevators near Buffalo’s waterfront Thursday morning.
The moving lights formed an image that resembled a waterfall.
Starting in November, lights will be shown on the grain elevators each night beginning at 7:30.
The Erie Canal Harbor Development is teasing a “big reveal” coming soon regarding plans for the lights and grain elevators.
