Victim identified in murder outside Buffalo school

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Authorities have identified a man who was shot to death outside a school in broad daylight.
According to police, the victim is 28-year-old Reginald Barnes, a Buffalo native.
He was found dead inside a van at around 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn and Masten avenues, right by the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts.
There is no word yet on any arrests.
