Vehicle crashes into restaurant again

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — While driving, a woman pulled into a plaza in Cheektowaga, but failed to stop, smashing into a Union Rd. restaurant Thursday.
The elderly driver of the vehicle smashed into the front glass of the building around 4:20 p.m.
One employee was cut by broken glass, but the driver was not injured.
In a peculiar series of events, the same restaurant was crashed into 12 years ago.
The driver will not be charged, according to Cheektowaga police.
