U.S. Attorney talks recent ISIS threats in WNY

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Western New York saw several ISIS-related cases in 2015.
Emanuel Lutchman is accused of planning to attack people at a restaurant in Rochester after pledging his membership to the group; he was arrested New Year’s Eve.
Mufid Elfgee admitted to trying to recruit people to fight for ISIS, and Arafat Nagi of Lackawanna is accused of supporting the terror group.
Lutchman’s arrest sparked a lot of questions for U.S. Attorney William Hochul Wednesday.
