UPDATE: Man struck by gunfire on Timon Street in fair condition

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police tell us a man in his 30s, struck by gunfire yesterday afternoon is in fair condition at ECMC.
Investigators say it happened on the 200 block of Timon Street.
Buffalo Police are still investigating the shooting.
