Update: Firefighter rescues child from burning home

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Four children were taken to the hospital following a house fire on the city’s east side.
It happened on Stevens Avenue near Scajaquada Street around 2 a.m. Saturday.
A city spokesperson tell us a firefighter rescued one of the children from the burning home.The firefighter climbed up a ladder and pulled the child to safety.
No one was injured in the fire but the four children were taken to Women and Children’s Hospital as a precaution.
