Unionized Tops warehouse workers begin striking

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — About 550 unionized Tops workers began striking just after midnight Friday after they voted down the company's latest offer.Teamsters Local 264 overwhelmingly voted down the last contract proposal from Tops on Thursday night, setting up the strike.
Three union contracts with Tops expired at the end of May. The union voted on May 16 to authorize a strike. The union represents warehouse workers and drivers."Tops' latest offer contained an industry-leading total compens
