Union workers celebrate mass outside

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A special blessing on Labor Day allowed union and craft workers to have their tools of the trade blessed.
The annual tradition at Saint Thomas Aquinas Church, held outdoors, saw a large turnout on Monday morning. The south Buffalo church has an outdoor shrine to Saint Joseph the Worker.
The St. Joseph Guild of Buffalo sponsors the mass each year.
