Travel advisory to go into effect in Niagara Falls at 2 p.m.

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Niagara Falls City Hall and all other city buildings will close at 2 p.m.
In addition to that, a travel advisory will go into effect at the time the buildings close.
No unnecessary travel will be permitted until further notice.
