Travel advisory in effect in Niagara Falls

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Niagara Falls City Hall and all other city buildings closed at 2 p.m.
In addition to that, a travel advisory went into effect at the time the buildings closed.
No unnecessary travel will be permitted until further notice.
