Tranquil today; Nuisance snow overnight

Winter arrived Wednesday on an uneventful note weatherwise. A fair amount of sunshine will be on tap, especially for areas from Buffalo northward, and well to the south.  In between, expect some stubborn clouds prevail from Chautauqua county northward into the Boston Hills, and into Wyoming county.  Clouds increase regionwide by later today.  There’s still going to be a brisk breeze, but not as windy as yesterday.
