Traffic stop nets heroin and two arrests

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — With the help of a friendly K-9 unit, New York State Police say they sniffed out drugs during a traffic stop.
Officers say they pulled over a vehicle for failing to keep right, only to learn the drive had a suspended license. Inside, police found driver Charles Kennedy, 32, and passenger Brandon Newby, 28.
Police say they brought in K-9 Kubi, who sniffed out heroin and fentanyl patches in the vehicle, along with other drug paraphernalia. State Police arrested
