Tractor-trailer hits DOT truck on I-86

OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State police say a tractor trailer struck a State Department of Transportation truck in Olean.
The collision occurred on I-86 eastbound between exits 26 (Olean) and 27 (Hinsdale).
State police say there were minor injuries.
