Tractor trailer flips near I-290

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Delaware Avenue exit off I-290 was closed for several hours Tuesday afternoon due to a tractor-trailer that flipped onto the roadway near the ramp.
No one was hurt.
