Tractor trailer collides with car; 2 evacuated via Mercy Flight

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — A collision on a busy road in Orchard Park closed a portion of Milestrip Road on Wednesday and forced Mercy Flight to evacuate two victims with injuries.
Officials say crews responded on Wednesday to Mid County Drive and Milestrip Road after a car and tractor trailer collided. Orchard Park Firefighters had to pull out the jaws of life to extricate two crash victims from the car, who were then flown to a local hospital.
