Tower project at former Freezer Queen site to continue

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Approvals granted to the Queen City Landing project by the City of Buffalo have been upheld in a State Supreme Court decision.
Previously, a lawsuit was filed to challenge the approvals and stop the Outer Harbor project, which is planned to take place on the former Freezer Queen site.
“We are happy that the Court has rendered a decision that supports progress in the City of Buffalo,” Developer Gerald A. Buchheit said. “Queen City Landing has capture
