Tonawanda Coke employee killed in coal elevator accident

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Another accident at the Tonawanda Coke facility took the life of an employee Wednesday morning, prompting a federal investigation.
The 8:30 a.m. accident is the second accident to be investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in two years time.
