Three people face DWI charges overnight

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Three separate incidents of DWI led to charges from Thursday night to early Friday morning, according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
First off, in the Town of Elma, around 8:30 p.m., Scott Scarello, 45, was charged with DWI, improper vehicle equipment and making an improper turn before being released on tickets.
