Third arrest made in connection with MLK Park assault of high schooler

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A third arrest has been made in connection with an assault last week that left a East Community high school student severely injured, the Buffalo Police Department announced.
Around 3 p.m. on Oct. 29, a 15-year-old student was punched, kicked and stomped on by several seniors at Martin Luther King Jr. Park. He was taken to the ICU at Oishei Children's Hospital and treated for brain bleeds, swelling and a broken clavicle.The student's family said the attack was over a musi
