Tests show free Buffalo Wi-Fi speeds vary
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Parts of downtown Buffalo went wireless this summer. The public Wi-Fi network, Buffalo Connect, is designed to draw people and businesses to areas of downtown.
