Tenants: Improvements still needed at Towne Garden Apartments

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – People who live in the Towne Garden Apartments in Buffalo said the owners have made some improvements, but they’re still living in terrible conditions.
Lights have been fixed, but neighbors say they’re too dim. They’ve also seen some exterior improvements.
However, some residents say there has been no progress inside the apartments.
