Suspicious person advisory issued at Buffalo State College

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police are looking for a man suspected of stalking a student on the Buffalo State campus and attempting to burglarize their off-campus residence.
Police say Willie E. Caldwell attempted to force his way into a female student’s home located off-campus around 1:00 a.m. Wednesday. Caldwell fled the scene after the student yelled for assistance. Earlier that evening, the student says Caldwell approached her in the school library.
