Suspect charged in Zoe restaurant shooting

CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) — A suspect has been charged in the Sept. 4 shooting and robbery of the Zoe restaurant owner.
On Friday, News 4 reported the suspect in the incident to be 36-year-old Christopher Boyd. The incident itself occurred around 11 p.m. in Clarence when the restaurant owner was allegedly robbed, shot at twice and struck once while closing and leaving. His wife was also shot at, State Police say, but was not struck.
