Sunflower kernel recall impacts Nature Valley bars

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA (WIVB) — General Mills announced a voluntary recall of various Nature Valley bars following a recall of SunOpta sunflower kernels.
SunOpta has issued an ongoing national recall of sunflower kernels due to a possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes. While General Mills has received no reports of confirmed illnesses, the following bars containing sunflower kernels have been recalled:
