Summer St. fire brought under control by crews

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Part of Summer St. was a smoky scene on Wednesday afternoon as crews responded to a two-alarm fire.
The fire began on the 9th floor of a high-rise on the street between Richmond and Norwood avenues.
Although it caused traffic issues, the fire was quickly brought under control by crews. They were ventilating the building as of 1:30 p.m.
There are no apparent injuries.
