Students’ return to campus shaken by double murder-suicide

GENESEO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police say Colin Kingston had made suicidal references to several people before showing up to an off-campus home on Wadsworth Street early Sunday, and killing his ex-girlfriend and her friend. Then, he turned the knife on himself.
Kingston, 24, of Geneseo, was a student at SUNY Geneseo until the spring of 2013. He was a former basketball player, who had dated Kelsey Annese, 21, a senior on the women’s baseketball team.
