Students pepper-sprayed, cuffed during high school protest

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Eight juveniles and two adults were placed under arrest and some were pepper-sprayed following a protest outside Tolman High School in Pawtucket Thursday morning.
About 100 students took part in the protest, which was staged in response to a video (watch below) that surfaced online Wednesday purportedly showing police slamming a teenage student to the floor.
