Students line up for chef’s scratch cooked meals
BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) — When it comes to chefs, Julie Levin’s resume is impressive. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, spent years in high end restaurants on the West Coast, and most recently worked as a private chef in Los Angeles. But these days, she caters to different customers.
