Student robbed, assaulted near UB South

BUFFALO (WIVB) – Police are searching for a suspect after a robbery and assault was reported near the University at Buffalo’s south campus.
A campus alert sent to those at UB says the incident occurred around 5:30 Thursday night on Lisbon avenue. Police say a student was fibbed and assaulted with a knife.
Police describe the suspect at a black man with a knife, around 5’4″ wearing camouflage jacket with lime-green stripes.
