Storefront fire under investigation

 
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A fire that broke out in a William Street plaza Friday afternoon is under investigation.
According to fire officials, smoke and flames coming out of the Towne Gardens plaza were reported by a passerby around 4 p.m. Both a Boost Mobile and a beauty supply store suffered smoke and water damage.
Buffalo Fire Commissioner Garnell Whitfield says the fire is considered suspicious because it appears to have started outside the structure.
