State police issue multiple citations and arrest 2 after Bills game

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – New York State Police issued a large number of tickets and arrested two for DWI after the Buffalo Bills home opener.
Following the game additional patrols enforcing traffic laws issued 29 tickets for driving infractions.
Two people, Justin Garbacz, of Lancaster and Donald Seifert of West Seneca were arrested for DWI.
Garbacz failed a roadside sobriety test and was processed at the Elma Station where a breath test resulted in a BAC of .15%. He was released on an
