State letter shows child abuse case against Suarez ‘unfounded’

 
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A letter from the state says a child abuse investigation into the Buffalo man being held in connection to the deadly Anchor Bar shooting was unfounded.
The letter from the Office of Children and Family Services says it looked into suspected child abuse by Jorge Suarez in March of 2015.
Suarez is being held without bail at the Erie County Holding Center on a parole violation.
He was arrested less than 24 hours after the May 20 shooting  at the Anchor Bar t
