State DOT to announce more changes to the 198 at public meeting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  The NYS Department of Transportation continues to consider more changes to make the Scajaquada Expressway safer to drive on.
Changes along the 198 began nearly four months ago after three-year-old Maksym Sugorovskiy was killed when a car went off the expressway and into Delaware Park, hitting him and his sister. Stephanie Sugorovskiy is still recovering from her injuries.
The speed limit was reduced and crews installed guide rails and stop signs along the road.&n
